Mohammed Aliakbar is a Project Manager at LXMI Capital, supporting the execution of the firm’s value-add and repositioning business plans across its multifamily and hospitality portfolio, with responsibility for project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Mohammed previously served as Program Manager at HSFT LLC in Dubai, overseeing agro-commodity programs spanning freight, supply chain, and warehousing across the Middle East, and as Project Manager at Davey Water Products in Melbourne, where he founded the company’s Project Management Office, managed a $1.2 million facility fit-out, and led a Deloitte-partnered inventory network optimization study. Earlier roles at Regal Beloit and Shipcom Wireless included a $4 million international production line relocation and an $80 million inventory system implementation across all U.S. Veterans Affairs hospitals.
Mohammed holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a member of Engineers Australia, Pi Tau Sigma, and Tau Beta Pi.
