Luis has spent over two decades navigating the trenches of bilingual sales and collections across US and LATAM markets, most recently screening motor vehicle accident leads as a Remote Legal Intake Specialist for Sequoia Solutions. Luis has also served as a Wholesale Sales Executive and Account Manager for firms including Moggill Spa, Mago Chic Aseo Industrial, and Empaquetadora La Alhambra S.A., where he managed retail accounts down to zero delinquency — a phrase collections people don’t get to use lightly. Luis is engaged across all aspects of portfolio recovery and client negotiation, maintaining FDCPA-aligned communication, skip tracing, and CRM documentation across high-volume outbound and inbound accounts.
