Charles built his expertise on the front lines of real estate asset management, finance, and operations. He previously served as Controller for a vertically integrated real estate firm with over 3,000 units, where he led a full technological and financial turnaround, improving reconciliation and close timelines while reducing accounting costs. Before that, he developed experience in technology optimization, financial statement cleanup, and cost-savings initiatives through roles in corporate accounting and internal audit at Nestlé and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and later managed the P&L for an $80 million division.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from UNLV and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Wisconsin and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
